Refund Policy
This page explains the current refund framework for Polymath Brains deposits and program payments. Specific offer terms shown during checkout or enrollment will control if they differ from this general policy.
Deposits
If a deposit is offered for a cohort or challenge, the refund terms presented at the time of purchase apply. Where an offer includes a stated refund promise tied to participation or readiness criteria, that promise will be reviewed against the conditions disclosed with the offer.
Program payments
Program tuition and installment payments are generally tied to reserved capacity, planning, and delivered access. Because of that, refunds may be limited once a cohort place has been reserved or program access has been granted.
- If a program is cancelled by Polymath Brains before access begins, affected amounts will generally be refunded.
- If duplicate charges or billing errors occur, we will review and correct them when confirmed.
- Refund requests should be submitted promptly with the purchase email and any relevant details.
Non-refundable items
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly promised in writing, fees already earned for delivered services, used access periods, third-party processing charges, and similar non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.
How to request a refund review
Use the Contact page and include the purchaser name, the email used for the order, the child’s name if applicable, the payment date, and a brief explanation of the request. We will review the request under the applicable offer terms and any legal requirements.
