You may browse the site, complete an assessment, and submit enrollment interest for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, or submit misleading information.
If you are using the site on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide the child’s information for evaluation and program administration.
Program information and eligibility
Program descriptions, pricing, cohort dates, and availability may change. Completing an assessment or joining a waitlist does not guarantee acceptance into a cohort or a specific launch date.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or an offer at any time, including when we need to improve safety, quality, or operational reliability.
Payments and refunds
Deposits, tuition, and any other charges are subject to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout or during enrollment. Refund handling is described separately in our Refund Policy.
- You are responsible for providing current billing and contact details.
- Any taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause access while the payment issue is reviewed.
Content and intellectual property
All curriculum materials, site copy, branding, media, lesson structures, graphics, and software on this site remain the property of Polymath Brains or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative materials from them without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its materials are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific learning outcomes, or that the site will always be error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polymath Brains will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or program-related information.
